Moving Forward



This something I've been lacking since the accident. I guess I kinda got down in the dumps b/c I couldn't work out then I started to have issues with my stomach. It seemed like it was one thing after another. So, I got back on the wagon and I'm not going to do another round of HCG. I'm just going to continue with Atkins. I may switch to general low carb and add some fruits and yogurt back in. I'm seeing the difference in my body from getting back on track. I also realized that each time I made progress I was sabotaging myself. I should've been finished with my weight loss but I'm still here. Oh well, time to suck it up and keep going. I will talk to my dr tomorrow to figure out what I can do exe wise but I'm at least going to add walking in on a regular basis. Let's try this again!
