Hello all,
I've been a very bad girl and I feel off the wagon once again. I know right. The sad part is I gained weight to the point that I am not the heaviest I've ever been, including pregnancy weight. My feelings were hurt when I went to the dr. I think part of it is water weight. I'm having some health issues and I hopped on my pity pot. It's the worst thing I could've done. With my recent issues, losing weight is a definite must. I will be posting before pics soon since I'm starting over.
I joined a few challenges on a couple of the hair boards I belong to in order to help with being accountable. I'm still doing LC and intermittent fasting. I'm going to try to do one day, Sundays, with a 24 hr fast. Lawd give me strength!
My honey will be home soon and I'm going to hold him to his promise of helping me get back in shape. I started doing Couch to 5K a few weeks ago but I slacked off this week. I'm restarting at week 3 day 1. I'm going to do that MWF. On TTH I'm going to do a 10 min Kettlebell workout until I work up to doing all 3 videos at one time.
