It's Sunday
I'm slowing lowering my carbs to avoid Atkins flu. Today it looks like I'm going to be around 61 total carbs. I had 4 oz of diet cranberry juice to take my Kyo-Green with this morning. This afternoon I had a premade protein shake. I'm making Indian tonight for dinner. I'm debating if I want to eat my Brown Basmati Rice or not. It takes up 34 carbs. I'm having Palak Paneer and Butter Chicken
