Day 1: Slim 1
I received a bottle of Slim 1 diet pills today. I figured they would make it easier for me to fast and I was right. The bottle says take with a meal but I couldn't. So, I just let it dissolve in my mouth just a bit and took it with water. It's now after 7 and I still haven't had anything to eat. Let's see how this works out.

@TinaDiva It makes it easier to make it through my fast; otherwise, I would eat everything in site late at night
