Today has been one of those days. I forgot to take my Slim 1. I'm feeling some kind of way. Yes, the emotional eater in me came out but I put her back in this evening. I won't beat myself up anymore for cheating. I just start over at the next meal and keep going.
On that note, I'm having 5 Wal-mart brand buffalo wings. Yep, those again. I haven't felt like cooking this week and they are super convenient. I have an okra, corn, and something else mix that I'm going to eat with the wings. That is going to do it for today.
I did manage to get 1.5L in so far. So I will have at least 2L before I go to sleep tonight.
I have no idea what I'm eating tomorrow. I forgot I have the first day of class for this semester tomorrow. I will be there from 8 am to 5 pm. Ugh!
