I'm a good little low carber!



What do you mean I had a ton of carbs the day before yesterday? I don't recall that. Stop lying on me. LOL Yep, I'm in denial. Really, I know that one day can set a person back but it's better to act like it never happened and keep moving. So, that is the stance I'm taking.

Yesterday, I woke up around 4am starving. Instead of eating serious junk I opted for a PB&J on Ezekiel bread. I love that stuff! I used sugar free (SF) jelly and natural peanut butter.




Later in the day, I was a bit lazy yesterday. I had a small amount of canned veggies: corn, tomatoes, and okra with two Johnsonville four cheese sausage. Dinner was just as simple. I had three pieces of hot & spicy sausage from the local butcher. I love them b/c they are 0 carbs.

I did restart my Couch to 5k program. I had to keep stopping but I was determined to finish it and I did.

I really need to work on taking pics and posting the day of. I'm always a day behind. Smh at myself! LOL
