As you can see I changed the name of my running related post. I think this fits better because I officially consider myself a runner.
Today was a light day. I only did 30 mins of running. I will post the half marathon training schedule I plan on using for the next 19 weeks. After I came home I did a little cleaning (I'll spare you) and I finally used my SWAT dvd. I've had that dvd for a couple of years and never used it. Since I no longer have a gym membership, I figured it was time to use some of the dvds I own. I thought the workout would be easy being that it incorporates resistance band and not standard weights. It's not the same but I do feel it more than I thought.
I'm dog tired at the moment.
Here is a post workout pic. You can tell my butt was kicked. LOL! Someone told me post pics or it didn't happen. I hope you all are ready for more pics of me looking beat up after a workout. BTW, pardon the boobage. I need bigger sports bras but I refuse to buy them just to not be able to wear them in a few months.
What exercises do you do, in combination with a good diet, to lose or maintain your weight?

I will bookmark your blog and have my kids check up here frequently. I'm very certain they will understand lots of new stuff here than anybody else.
